Job Title: Foreman
Reports To: Vice President, Gary Hehemann and Owner, Chris Wilson
FLSA Status: Hourly Employee
Job Summary: A licensed plumber responsible for a crew up to 15 plumbers and/or plumber apprentices. Run the day-to-day activities on a job site while communicating with customers/GC/contractors and MPS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Follow instructions given by Vice President or owner as to daily workload and performance.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Valid journeyman’s license in the City of Cincinnati and/or Kentucky or Ohio Contractor’s license.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to read plumbing drawings.
- Ability to prioritize specific job needs and be able to use plumbers as they best fit the situation.
- Must be able to tolerate all types of weather.
- Must be able to perform physical requirements of job including, but not limited to, lifting and carrying water closets, water heaters, and other large objects, as well as using all types of power and hand tools.
- Basic knowledge of math, including simple addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and fractions.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Must be able to read and write in order to complete paperwork. See “Paperwork Responsibilities” below.
- Good communication skills.
Foreman Paperwork Responsibilities
Daily
- Job call in by 7:30 am the following day.
- Calling in for purchase orders. No add-ons or duplicates. Any additional purchases that have not been previously approved will require a purchase order. Purchase orders must be approved by the operations manager.
Weekly - Due on Tuesday at 7:30am
- Upload employee hours onto Procore.
- Receipts - credit card and fleet card.
- Packing slips.
- Any training paperwork for safety programs.
Company Vehicle Responsibility
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must maintain the vehicle with regular oil changes and report any/all maintenance issues to Gene Hehemann.
- Must obey all road signs and posted speed limits.
