There are significant synergies that result for the owner, general contractor, and other subcontractors on job sites when working with this group of knowledgeable, experienced, jobsite compatible companies. In working with each other over the last 8 years on large multi-family projects, a common trust has evolved that results in a high level of job specific value engineering that is shared and discussed with the owner, general contractor, and each other.
